if it is an early termination, on what basis is NFLPA cancelling the licensing contract? [edit - read that the NFLPA will claim that Panini failed to do it's best to exploit NIL in all possible ways, on behalf of players]
if the basis is, Fanatics will pay them more, and give them a hold harmless letter, and indemnification agreement,
as Fanatics seeks to bring Panini to their knees, and force capitulation, and force Panini to hand their business to fanatics for a nickel, just to bring the litigation to an end
then the Panini litigation against Fanatics for monopoly and other causes, just grew bigger with new causes.
