These are listed as different sets when you click on add sets for 2023 but when you go to add cards for a certain player using the filter there isn’t an option for 2023 Bowman chrome university sapphire. 

It depends on the filter you are using. Both show up under the sets filter.  But if you select brand, both of the sets are listed under the same brand Bowman University Chrome.
