What has to happen to get the checklist built in?

Someone needs to find it, confirm the info and then add it. If one cannot upload, or isn't confident in uploading, the info then an IR can be submitted along with the checklist info so it can be loaded. The Checklist Center link seems to have a good checklist, but I'm at work and not able to do so.
