I bought a 1985 Donruss Super Diamond Kings set ($1 Canadian) froman online auction and found this bonus embedded in my cards. I do not believe it is listed here in the database (searched under Pete Rose). Should it be listed? It measures 4 x 5 1/2". I believe it should be. In my 2004 Sports Collectors Digest Baseball Cards, it is listed as a one of insert card.
And no it is not up for trade or sale.

I'd list it under 1983 Promo. It'll be our first for that year.

Funny Dan,I thought of you when I said it was not for sale or trade.
I would have thought it would get titled "Pete Rose Price Guide to Baseball Cards Souvenir Card". In the Notes it can be annotated as a Promo. (No abbreviation is there?)
Question is, does it become a one-card set?

I was thinking a 1-card set for "Official Pete Rose Price Guide to Baseball Cards" in the "Promo" section (which doesn't exist yet).
