5/18/24 - Took just under 48 hrs to get power back, better off than a lot of others.  Neighbor across the street had a 50-yr old live oak uprooted, put through their roof in two places, and flattened their garage.  Tornadoes suck.  Transactions will stay off for the moment since I don't think the post office is back at capacity; in the meantime I'll start working on the backlog.  Hang tight.

5/17/24 -  no power or internet in Houston.  Off indefinitely .
 

(5/2/2024 update) Trades turned back on, easing back into things.  Still only about 85% of the way through the reorg but I've gotten to mostly a manageable point.  Thanks for everyone's patience.
