Creating a Set without a Base (Inserts Only)
This is the process for creating an entry for a set that has no base cards and is comprised of inserts only.
Step 1
Create the main set following the steps for creating main sets.
Step 2
Create all of the inserts sets following the steps for creating inserts and related sets.
Step 3
Submit an inaccuracy report from the main set overview page requesting to "Format set with no base (inserts only)".
