Set: 2005 Choice Frederick Keys SGA (Rate)

Card: #21 Tommy Arko

“ Pretty nice minor league card. Not sure what is up with that team logo though, looks like the Frederick Pulsars or Quasars. ” -Tscastle
  2
“ Some trivia: The team's nickname is derived from Francis Scott Key, who was born in Frederick. Other than that, this card is blah. ” -hamrlik22
  3
“ I got confused for a second and thought the guy's name was "Frederick Keys." Doesn't help that I just woke up ten minutes ago before looking at this closely. ” -Theron_Nett
  8
“ Shade is in his face but he doesn't care! ” -lilsprite
  1
“ Wow I'm a little surprised this is a minor league card. The front looked like a game card at first. ” -captkirk42

Set: 1996 Best Nashville Sounds (Rate)

Card: #19 Scott Ruffcorn

“ I remember Scotty Ruffcorn. At one time we thought he was going to be a major improvement to the Reds roster. He never panned out. I miss the "Best" minor league cards! ” -tinyshogun
  2
“ Scott played briefly for the Philadelphia Phillies to end his MLB career. His son, Jason, is currently in the Phillies minor league system. ” -mrackar
  4
“ Front looks pretty good for a minor league card. Back looks blander than an unsalted cracker, though. ” -Theron_Nett
  6
“ When "Best" is actually kind of "meh" ” -jackal726
  2
“ Nice Minor League card. Don't see photos like that much. ” -captkirk42
  2
“ Really nice, I really liked the 96 Best minor league designs. Simple yet effective. ” -Derek McDonough
  1
“ Not often I see a fellow Baylor Bear on RCOTD. Great in college, but he had a rough go at it after that in both the majors and minors. How often do you see a 108.1 ERA? ” -DocOso
  1
“ There’s a Nashville minor league team, likely a matter of time until MLB decides to expand and have a major league team from Nashville. ” -jdogg1228

Set: 2007 Fleer (Rate)

Card: #322 Miguel Montero

“ Weird front photo. The position of his hands blocking the jersey logo and the lack of a helmet logo because of the side angle makes it look like a non-licensed Panini set, but it is fully licensed with the team logo and name on the front. ” -Tscastle
  5
“ A very nice looking card. ” -muskie027
  3
“ Nice Original Fleer card. For some reason I like a lot of the 2007 sets. A lot of the modern sets from The later "junk" years until now I do not like a lot, but for some reason 2007 rings with me. ” -captkirk42
  3
“ 32 people have this card, one of you needs to replace these images. ” -UKboogie

Set: 1999-00 Topps Chrome (Rate)

Card: #241 Kenny Thomas

“ I've said it once and I'll say it again: the fronts of Chrome cards make for awful scans. ” -Theron_Nett
  7
“ Very odd picture. He looks like he's in mid air and standing throwing a free throw all at the same time. ” -lildog7
  1
“ OK design on front. Guess this is his rookie card? Bio only talks about college ball, but no stats at all. ” -captkirk42

Set: 1963 Jay Publishing Houston Colt .45s (Rate)

Card: #NNO Merritt Ranew

“ Another old-timey card where the back is just wasted space. Also, they couldn't put the guy's position on the card? Was he a pitcher? Outfielder? Batboy? Guy that wears the mascot costume that looks like an anthropomorphic Colt .45 handgun? ” -Theron_Nett
  6
“ I love that we used to have a team named after a brand of Malt Liquor. ” -tinyshogun
  6
“ The card was released before the Information Age. ” -hamrlik22
  10
“ Nice Team distributed photo ” -captkirk42
  2
“ Good to again see a picture of him . . . His name made him a favorite of mine when I was a kid . . . ” -georgecf

Set: 2022 Panini Luminance (Rate)

Card: #57 Austin Ekeler

“ Nice that somehow the design elements, uniform and background colors all compliment each other. ” -DaClyde
  4
“ Hadn't seen this set before. Not real big into Modern Football sets. Barely get the occasional Washington Football cards. Was lifelong Skins fan, was disappointed with name change but stuck with "The Football Team" name. Grumbled about new Commanders name. Don't recall what my most recent Washington Football card was that I have aquired. Since 2015 when Topps left Football the Panini Lead Football Era has been mediocre at best in my opinion. Guess I'm too used to not liking the unlicensed Panini Baseball stuff. ” -captkirk42
  6
“ Football cards used to be cool. They used to have action. Now they are these lame photoshopped pictures where they airbrush everyone out and use the same photo for every card. ” -Matt9975
  5
“ This is a nice card. I like the texture of Luminance cards. ” -Brendan Barrick
  1
“ Can someone get a better scan of this? ” -BigBoyOnWheels
  1
“ The Luminance brand has grown on me over the past few years. I like the look of these cards. High box prices unfortunately are not in my budget. ” -freakizon

Set: 1995 All Sport Norfolk Tides (Rate)

Card: #25 Bryan Rogers

“ I am not a fan of ANY minor league card that doesn't make it abundantly clear who the major league affiliate is. ” -hiflew
  7
“ I attend around 20 Tides games at Harbor Park every year. Go Tides!!!! ” -tinyshogun
  7
“ Not a bad minor league card. Bryan pitched in 185 AA and 117 AAA games, but alas, never made the Majors. ” -tenlbpain
  2
“ This is an ok card. The name in two different fonts and font sizes is a bit odd, though. ” -Theron_Nett
  3
“ I really like the design of this card. Vertical names should be outlawed in the trading card design. All Sport was a descent drink. There's a Mandela effect on whether it was carbonated or not. I remember that it wasn't carbonated but several people swear it was. ” -CardFlipper1974
  2
“ Never made the majors. Spent 10 years in the minors bouncing between AA and AAA in the Braves and Mets systems. ” -BigBoyOnWheels
  2
“ An OK minor leguar card. ” -captkirk42

Set: 2002-03 Topps Chrome (Rate)

Card: #116 Shawn Marion

“ best basketball card back line ever maybe "Shawn is too short, too thin - and too much to handle" ” -jamestagli
  6
“ I've never seen someone who is 6'7 described as short, but, according to the back of this card, I guess that can be the case when it comes to the NBA. ” -mrackar
  3
“ An OK Chrome card. Don't like that you can't see a dang thing that is in chrome on this scan. ” -captkirk42
  2
“ pretty cool card, one of the best suns players of all time ” -thedankestberd

Set: 1979 Panini Hockey Stickers (Rate)

Card: #74 Jiri Holecek

“ That's a face of a guy, who knows he has done something that should not have been done, but he just doesn't care. ” -Duke
  10
“ Nice Panini sticker of one of the best goalies in the 70's. ” -SharksAttack
  5
“ The good thing about sports stickers is that you always know what you’re gonna get. They haven’t changed much in 40 odd years. Stickers were my gateway to cards back in the 80s and I wish they were done more. ” -scottwalker29
  2
“ PANINI STICKER! ITSA NICESA Sorry for that stereotype Italian accent. ” -captkirk42

Set: 2014-15 Hoops - Artist's Proof (Rate)

Card: #166 Jared Dudley

“ By definition these are not artist's proofs. I hate the way card companies misuse the term "proof". ” -C2Cigars
  14
“ The guy that was right about Ben Simmons' issues before anyone else. Now an assistant coach for the Dallas Mavericks. He had a respectable career. ” -BigBoyOnWheels
  2
“ nice card but too shinny for my taste ” -captkirk42
  3
“ Oh $#&*, that hoop is farther away than I thought. ” -Tscastle
