Year: 1993-94

Set: Ultra - All-Rookies (Rate)

Card: #2 Viktor Gordiouk

“ 90s inserts at it's best. Best decade in history of the hobby in my opinion ” -Billy Kingsley

“ Good looking insert, always liked Ultra, the gloss always worried me though. ” -Doc Floyd

“ Finally, a Buffalo player comes through on the random card of the day!!!! Too bad it is one that never contributed much to the blue and gold. The card is nice a insert or subset. The background for some reason reminds me of a Canadian Maple Leaf, which is interesting given the player is not Canadian. Let' go BUFFALO!!! ” -muskie027

“ Another of the many "all-rookies" of whom I have never heard. He did have a long career in Europe. ” -NJDevils

“ Not a bad looking card at all . ” -uncaian

“ I've flip flopped on sets like this over the years. A year ago, I went through a phase where I would have given this a bad review, but today I love it. This was a fun time to collect. It was past the point where packs got expensive, but by that year I had a job and could afford them again. And the inserts were the best. ” -switzr1

“ No wall can contain Viktor Gordiouk! Viktor smash!! ” -rmpaq5

“ Poor animation in the background. ” -carthage44

“ Yep, he was a rookie. That's about all you can say about him. His entire NHL career consisted of 26 games over two non-consectutive seasons. The background on the front is just plain ugly. ” -C2Cigars

“ Insert set. Looks like a promo card. OK I guess. ” -captkirk42

“ My favorite year of hockey cards. Viktor didn't quite work out and this card is fine as an insert. ” -wax_house

This card is from one of the "rarest" insert sets from the 1990s. Inserted only in Series I Jumbo packs. Very difficult to complete this 10-card set.
