Nice looking card. I didn't even know there was a Gold version. I have the Ozzie Smith base card, but no other cards from this product. Not that surprising since there were no Church's Chicken stores around here back then. Even now, I think there is only one (and one Popeye's Chicken too). Around here, my preference list for chicken is Bojangle's, then Hardee's, then Chick-fil-a, and last is KFC.

Not ashamed to admint, I ate a LOT of chicken in 94!  There were gold parellels and colorful dufex foil Show Stoppers!  I gave away my extras years ago but pull 'em from dime boxes to share the love.

Morning typos. I can spell "parallel" and was subconciously thinking "mint" after admitting to surplus chicken consumption.  Church's chicken has a nice crunch. When KFC did away with their crunchy-styled recipe, Church's became my "go-to".  There are none to be found in my part of the woods, now that I've moved from Texas.  Some Show Stoppers sold for $10 back in the day.  These are the types of the food issue cards I miss most with Kelloggs beings tops. I came into the hobby just as foodies were on the way out. Glad I had a chance to experience the variety!

Interesting that they couldn't show logos, but could use team names.
