Year: 1993

Set: Select AFL (Rate)

Card: #154 Stephen Kernahan

“ This was from the very first Select card series with the company still going strong after 30 years. Rare in Australian sports cards. This was a great set. On a side note 'Sticks' has the deepest voice of any sportsperson in the history of mankind. ” -scottwalker29

I remember watching Kernahan from here in the U.S. Aussie Rules is my favorite sport. Wish I could get more of the cards. Been watching since my dad and I discovered it in the late 70s on ESPN.

Aside from the sideways writing on the back it's a good card.

Stephen Keenan an a great champion and captain of the best times the 1995 Carton Blues. I previous had this set and other AFL sets, just wish now I hadn't sold them.
