It's like he couldn't make it to the photoshoot so they just pulled over to the side of the road by the airport and took a picture. Like someone already mentioned the auto looks like a child signed it. Maybe the 1st time he signed his name in English? Overall a pretty boring card.

i like the way he signed the big box and they brought it out for him to rest his feet on.

Odd with the mock signature in a white box this doesn't look like a retro card paying homage to the 1954 Bowman design.
