“ Imagine if Fleer made a "Tools of the Game" card for this guy. The tools showcased would be a pair of wrestling shorts, that funny hat, and 20oz. bottle of cocoa butter. ” -Theron_Nett

“ Wrastlin' cards. It used to be that they were rare and fun. They might still be fun for some but now they are mainstreamed with all the bells and whistles (inserts, parallels and short prints) like all the other sports. At first glance just seeing a shirtless guy this card could be any sport, heck it could even be a non-sport card but it's not. ” -captkirk42

I remember when he debuted as K-Kwik with Road Dogg. "We gettin' rowdy! Bout to move some things!"

My son and I were just talking about him the other day. In today's wrestling world his gimmicks are some of the best. The multi time over 24/7 wrestling champion. Little Jimmy. My son talked about how he was mouthing off about how he was going to take the title from Paul Heyman until he realized he wasn't the champion and it was Brock Lesnar so he was out. LOL. He plays his role well.

I loved that promo with Truth, Heyman, and Brock.  R-Truth declared for the Rumble and said he was going to eliminate Heyman.  Once Heyman told him it was Brock in the Rumble, Truth "undeclared" for the Rumble.  I also remember another time which I think was a different Rumble where he brought the ladder into the ring and climbed it only to realize it wasn't a ladder match.

As much as I don't care for too much comedy in wrestling R-Truth realized that he'd never be more than a mid-card talent in WWE and accepted it.  He has some of the most entertaining segments in the past decade.  Its a shame he suffered that injury in NXT or else I bet he'd had a few more memorable moments these last few months.  That said, I would like him to get some big title win before he retires, maybe even if its a short NXT run.

Thanks for making that moment more clear jupiterhill. It's very few that can pull off that comedic bit on WWE.

R-Truth is one of the few wrestlers that could actually get a comedy bit over in the current age, in any wrestling company. How in the world does a guy get "Little Jimmy" over?!  If you don't know, he had a child (at least that's how we all imagined it) come to the ring with him every week for a while that was literally imaginary. When they trotted that out several years back I thought "No way does this go anywhere." Boy was I wrong. It was a barrel of laughs almost every time. He's an incredible talent with a gift for ring psychology. I hate that he's been relegated to the midcard or undercard all these years, but the man consistently produces in that role.

Looking at his face I want to ask him, what's up?

I have been hoping for many years he would get another push having little Jimmy pop back up to inspire him to a run of success.
