Chuck, not to discount your new feature request, but we already have several options in our profiles to add our YouTube channel:
Since many use their YT channel as a blog, the first slot would be ideal. But, even for those who do have their own website or a blog in addition, "Other Page" and "Other Sales Page" would both work.

Not my request; I did the asking for the OP and others. And listed in someone's profile is not the same thing as a collective resource listing. Just like Blogs, they're listed in member's profiles and we also have a resource listing of all Blogs. My question to Admin was, "can video blogs (YouTube) be added to the Blog listings?" His answer was no, he'll create a separate "Video Blog" listing.

But, in the meantime, instead of flooding the forums with "I posted a new video", profile pages would be more considerate of the forums - especially a forum thread that was simply to gather a list of channels, not continuously promote one's channel.

Thanks to those of you who have checked out my months old videos. This thread has boosted the views of my videos and given me another subscriber or two. I do have a few (3 or 4) videos on my home laptop that are ready to upload, and from several months ago, but I have been lazy with them for several reasons but I won't discuss them now. I have also been unmotivated. I plan on uploading the videos I have as drafts first before final publishing. In the past I would post them as I uploaded them. Some specifics have changed somewhat but I am not going to get into t

Totally agree. A thread with JUST replies providing links to a member's YouTube page. One post per member. No other types of posts, i.e., "Thanks", "Nice channel", "Nice video", "Here's my latest video", etc.

First of all, let me just say this. As Vrooomed keeps saying, Im not promoting my channel. Im not selling my channel either. I do these videos because I like sharing my collection. I mean all these videos are about baseball cards. I promote TCDB on each and every video. I am definitely a loyal member to this site.
I started off posting my videos in the general forum. I guess Vrooomed didnt think it was appropriate for general and moved them to B/S/T. I wasnt buying , selling, or trading but, oh well. Then Jeff Shaw, who I am pretty confident has watched every video, goes above and beyond and starts a thread for just videos. So, I have posted my videos on that thread. Now that isnt right?
Vroooomed, since you are the ONLY one that seems to have a problem with me posting videos, what is your solution? Im definitely not "flooding" the site forum as you say. Im only giving back and sharing with the Cardmunity.

Every time someone posts a link to their channel (no matter the content of each video) - then yes, you are promoting your channel. It's a subtle way of inviting new eyes to watch your content. Being monetized doesnt matter.
One forum link to share a channel's new content is enough.

I already gave my suggestions. But since you asked so nicely.
You are requesting people subscribe to your channel - that's "selling" your channel, whether you're selling anything or not.
Jeff started this thread to be "list" of the members who have channels. You have responded 6 times in it now. Once to announce your channel, and 4 times to promote it on top of that (and now once to get snarky with me - no sweat, I can handle snark). The reason this thread wasn't in the B/S/T forum was because it was supposed to only be a "I have one, it's here" thread.
If you don't see the difference between this or what the intent was, maybe you should reconsider how you post here.

Vroooomed, Im not get snarky or whatever with you. Im just trying to find a happy medium here. I want to be able to share my videos with this site. Thats all Im trying to do. Youre a great member on an even greater site. Ive asked for and taken your advice on a number of things regarding TCDB. Thank you.

To quote the OP, "...post here if you have a channel and what its about." I believe his intention was a singular listing of channels, not everybody's daily updates.
