However we should have a what we like rating. And a artistic rating. Nice images great pics.

I like the 84 OPC also but their is some hockey 🏑 with better photography

There is no specific criteria for what your rating or basing it on. You can like or dislike a set for whatever reason you want and base your rating accordingly. Card set ratings have no affect on the cards or set or person who rated it. If they did, maybe this would actually matter.

I tend to agree with prior posters about sentimentality. I opened packs primarily between 1978-1987. A lot of the newer sets definitely have nicer photos (1978 Greg Minton anyone). There must be something to the older designs given all of the copying and obvious influences on some of the newer sets. ------------------------------- Erik Greenwood

Another thought on this one,

People sell sneakers at card shows now besides Funko pop etc. We also have artists drawing cards and have a creative approach to the hobby.

The reason why a best photography section to vote on is perhaps we can get more people collecting cards in the fine arts.

If there was a best photography section, Stadium Club would win every time, at least for baseball. I’m sorry, there is no baseball photography that even comes close to stadium club quality, and if there is, it’s probably an image variation and not a part of the base set.
