I hear you. You know what ticks me off even more? I've got $35 or so in store credit, just sitting there. Money I could spend somewhere else. When I first used COMC, it was great and the shipping was pretty fast. Now, it's a complete joke. And don't mention Covid, because everyone has had to deal with the pandemic and other companies service has been nowhere near as bad as COMC.

Now let's time how long it actually takes to get it to you door. The last batch I had ordered didn't ship until one week after they said it did; I had to email them again to 'push' the order through - this after they had my money for four months.

The site mentions somewhere that store credits can be cashed out (with/without fees). Even with a 10% fees, it is still better to get 90% in cold hard cash rather than 100% in store credits for a site that's crashing and burning.

I'll have to look for that on the site. I didn't think you could cash them out. If it works, the money will probably be credited to my account in 2085.

Agreed . It's like they either can't or won't hire enough workers to process the orders 24/7 so they can try to reduce their backlog

I have an order that I requested shipment back in November 2020. It shows "Shipment request successfully completed". Estimated Ship Date: 2/11/2021 and Estimated Delivery Date: 2/17/2021. I have sent them 6 or so emails with no response. If you try to call them, the voice message says to send them an email. I am so pissed with COMC right now. Does anyone else know a different way to find out when I can expect my shippment?
