Anyone else find some of the card conditions that people put in titles of listings on ebay to be comical?
"Used"
"Nice"
"Clean"
"Gradable"
What other funny card conditions have you seen?

Yes that always bugs me because none of those terms have any actual meaning in the nomenclature of trading cards. Then someone will say "it's in excellent condition," which is actually pretty bad.
The "I don't have eyeballs, see scan for condition" is angering too. A scan can only tell you so much about centering, chipping, and maybe major corner damage, but nothing about surface condition, which is probably excellent.

I try to avoid the disputes on eBay by not being to specific...looks like other sellers are doing the same by saying, used, gradable, etc. I mark the item as used when listing it and then say, " pulled from a pack, placed in a penny sleeve and then into a top loader...view the pictures for the overall condition of the card." Obviously if there is a condition issue worth noting I will bring attention within the description.
A good example of this would be an Aaron Judge rookie that sells today for a high price and because you listed it as in Mint, Nm, EX, you leave that open to be subjective and then when the value goes down several months later the buyer disputes the description and wins every time.

Puffing at it's best. I remember one card company that used to advertise their cards as, "so clean, you could eat off them."

There's no intrinsic value in cardboard, but there's a lot of value in doing something you enjoy!

Every serial-numbered card (especially if the number matches the player's jersey) being labeled a 1/1!

The usage of emojis always gets me, like “🔥” and “👀”. Also “INVEST 📈📈📈”.

Sorry, I actually like seeing that in the description. I've gotten too many items that stunk because of that (there have been other threads about that so I won't get into here).
Agreed on the "ebay 1/1". Every serial-numbered card and just about any autographed card is unique in that regard.
I'll bring up the "INC RARE ERROR - missing the period". Or a miscut as a "rare error card".

One that grinds my gears is when they list a raw card and put 'PSA 10??????????'
