I was wondering if there is a way to print/download a list for cards that I need from my collection?

Hi there.  Yes, there is.  If you go to the collection summary of the set you want to print, scroll down to the print center section, you can click on the links to print your "collection", "want list" etc. for that particular set.

You can also go to your collection --> wantlist and click on the download/print icon next to it and print your entire want list.

Is there a way to print all of your want lists for a particular set in one list (instead of printing out my want list form each subset)

i.e. --  2013 Panini Golden Age -- Set has multiple subsets.  I would like to be able to print my total want list (want list from r each of the subsets) at one time

Probably the easiest way is to create a collection for that set, similar to how you have a Rittenhouse Promo Cards collection, create a Panini Golden Age collection. Then you can print that entire collection as GoldenEagles555 described.
