Sorry if this has been mentioned but the 5,000,000th image is imminent. It doesn't seem that long ago that 4,000,000 clocked up. I smashed out a few extra scans tonight in the hope I might be the lucky one to add 5,000,000 What a site this is. I love it.

I was lucky enough to get the 10,000th image added. Love that list that Admin created for these milestones.

I'm guessing it will be a Wrastling card or some oddball Pokemon card.

I dropped several images last night trying to get more of the cards in my collection without images reduced. I have several more cards on my desk that I pulled that I will scan tonight as well. The rest will require me to pull boxes and locate them which isn't as convenient as having them from incoming trades or easy to access cards. (Went from 150 cards to 139 cards remaining that still need to be located and scanned.)

Ooh, I'll have to catalog some more tonight. I've got several monster boxes of extra stuff I've been plowing through. And when I come across a missing image, I throw it thru my scanner. Bogs me down when I have to edit the image of a shiny card, but I'm doing what I can. Have racked up a couple hundred images in the last month or so.

I have a good handful of cards coming in soon. My plan is to scan them all, and hold back on the uploads until we get to 4,999,9XX, then upload like crazy and hope I get the 5 millionth one.
Of course this cunning plan will most likely be foiled by my ineptitude, laziness, or ever-eroding memory. Or a combination of all three.
And so, therefore, image #5,000,000 will probably be a Wrasslin' card.

The 1 millionth card image has been added! It took 1,035 people submitting images and checklists over the last 7 years to reach this milestone with over half of the 1 million images being submitted just over the last two years.
Then another 4 million have been added in the next 7(+) years....
