How to add category such as Portuguese Soccer League?

Is there a card / sticker company that puts out strictly a Portuguese Primeira Liga set every season? 

I guess so. Israeli League has category without being issued that often

Make a list of the years/seasons that were produced for only the Primeira Liga (so not mixed with other European Leagues), and what company printed & distributed them. It's ok if years are skipped. Say in 1999 Panini put out a sticker album and then again in 2001 or maybe another company did cards that season. Compile your list then forward it to Admin, and perhaps for those specific years a Portuguese Category can be added. Good luck on your quest!
