Does anyone recognize this Sandy Koufax postcard? I don't know if it's from a "team set" or just an individual postcard. Looks like Dodger Stadium in background. 

The Dodgers usually put out a small numbers of player postcards each season.  A couple of sellers on EBay say this one is from 1965 ... I don't know their source of information since the card has no date printed on it.  Obviously it was taken between the years he pitched at Dodger Stadium (1962-66).

Sadly this was neither a MLB nor Los Angeles Dodger authorized distribution. The photo was superimposed (and badly) over a picture of the right field wall of Dodger Stadium in the 1960's. He looks like he's floating on the grass and stands 80-85' tall. These were created by a photography company out of Boston, Mass., then shipped to local "distributors" in major league cities to be sold to tourists, who in turn would mail them back to their buddies in Iowa or something. It might be fun trying to hunt them down. 

Superimposed .... hmm, now that I look at it closely, you're right.  Eh, who cares ... it looks good and I would definitely collect them if I were a Dodgers or Koufax fan.

This is in fact a team issued postcard, not a collector issue. 

the back of the card provides the best evidence, of the Photography company in MA.  the small font writing down the middle, identifies the MA company, and also identifies a company called "Mitlock" in North Hollywood, CA as the distributor

Dodgers merchandise was sold for many years by a gent by the name of Danny Goodman.  When you wrote to the team, it responded with a catalog of items- this postcard among them.  You could also by the photo in 8 1/2" x 12" size.  The company listed at the back was the manufacturer, not the vendor- other teams (the Indians and Mets) did similar things.
