Card Identification Forum

I assume some sort of insert for the 2003 Sage Hit set.  Front says SN250.  It is clearly a Craig Krenzel card, without saying his name, so maybe some sort of rights issue?  Thoughts?

I swear that once upon a time I saw some of these cards and knew exactly what they were, but I can't for the life of me find them again or remember where. I want to say there was a series of them highlighting several different teams uniforms, but I cannot confirm that anywhere. Right now the closest thing I've seen to your card is some of the National Champions series cards (https://www.comc.com/Cards/Football/2003/SAGE_Hit_Ohio_State_National_Champions_-_Base/OS2/Andy_Groom/16976560) but I don't think that that's what we're looking for.

BengalFan28 was on the right track. Looks to be an insert from the set they mentioned.
