If they're printed on photo paper stock they wouldn't get listed. If they're on some type of cardstock they can be listed. I know gift shops have different kinds of photo souvenirs; packs of photos and packs of photo cards.
Also, many of these are in continuous production for years. When stock gets low they print more. You'd have to find out when they were first printed.

They are 2.5 x 3.5 inches. You are correct that they list them as laser prints, but I was not sure if that was the way they listed them instead of trading cards. If they are not listable, all good. I will go with what the group decides.
Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
