I have a Jazz Chisholm as well and haven't been able to find the set either.

VIP party cards do not get a checklist released by Topps. A crowd sourced check list from members here on TCDb must be put together. The admin team will not publish a checklist, unless it is known to be a complete checklist. If 1-2-5-10 cards are submitted in an IR, for a set, the team will not enter it as an insert set, because it will be assumed to be incomplete. This has been going on for all 8 years of Topps Transcendent VIP parties [first year 2016.]
