I come across this and hoping others may have a better understanding of it.

D J Hall has 2 cards in two different sets both from factory sets.    Are they the same card???  That is my main question.

Now the bigger picture.   We have factory sets.  It appears we have 2 of them are themed boxes. (Only sold in their area my understanding.)    The bonus cards from them are only the team Rookies.

New England Patriots Rookies

New York Giants Rookies

Then we show 2 Rookie sets which cards are also pulled from non-themed Factory sets.

So there are 20 bonus cards with 2 of them being D J Hall.   So if you want all of them you need to find the 2 themed sets to get the 10 and the others are just random in the non-themed sets.

Asking for a friend as all I need is the Bo Ruud card.

Looks like from comc sold listings that there are 2 different cards, I have no knowledge beyond this, but wish you luck in locating it.

They did similar things with the baseball sets around that same 2007-09 period where cards were different depending on how they were acquired

So as far as anyone here knows, there are only 2 themed factory sets?

There were four that year.

So what other teams are there.  or you saying the Hobby and retail are the others.

Green Bay and Dallas as well
