I'm curious what's confusing about the card ID... PSA has labeled it exactly what it is:

2018 Panini Day China #25 Checkerboard parallel

It's from a 25 card multi-sport set, and there is 6 different variations of the Shohei card (base, auto, checkerboard, cracked ice, escher squares, & future frames). The set is mainly basketball, but does include Premieir League Soccer, as well as Tennis stars.... Shohei is the only baseball player in the set.

It appears it may be the exact card as the 2018 Panini Father's Day #60 Checkerboard Pitching Variation in the US... the Father's Day release was also Multi-Sport and featured many more baseball players. But the China release was only a 25 card set.

The "Panini Day China" set does not appear to be in the database that I could locate... but PSA has the set listed.
