I have had success in the past translating Asian languages found in pictures (.jpg, .tif, etc.) using this OCR website:

It generates digital text that can be cut & pasted into Google Translate.

It didn't do so well with this card though.  Maybe the particular script confused it, but some of the characters in the generated text don't look like the ones on the card to me. 

This is what it came up with:

And when I put it into Google translate, it came out as almost gibberish in English:

Oh well, this method failed in this case, but I thought I would share my effort in case it might be useful to someone else in the future.

Ugh, I guess the TCDB page won't display the Japanese text properly.....

Looking at this some more, the characters that seem to be giving the OCR fits are the ones that have (for lack of the proper terminology) superscript characters above them.  Hypothesizing that those might be analogous to adjectives, I edited them out and ran just the main characters through the OCR and got something that is less gibberish:

Looks like it is a description of the monster's attack.

As soon as I can pin down a year of issue, I'll post my partial checklist, and we can just update as time permits.

I remember this show well as my fraternity brothers and I would watch Ultron reruns in the early 80s while drinking beers after classes.  Most of the monsters all looked similar to this with a guy dressed up in a rubber costume and Ultron could grow in size to match the size of these supposed Godzilla sized monsters.

First, the translation attempts remind me of the episode in the old sit-com "Newsradio" where Jimmy has his book translated into Japanese and then back into english.
