If you go to the 1987 Topps set and click on Inserts and Related Sets you should see it at the top of the page. Located in the Inserts section.

These are inserted in packs of 1987 Topps Mini Leaders.

I have probably 200 or so of those cards.  I have never seen the other version without the yellow box though.  A few people have it on their For Sale/Trade lists.  I have never made an offer because I feel silly asking them to check if it has the yellow box or not.  I'm building 2 87' Topps master sets and still missing those.

I'll let you know if I find one, i bought a wagon full from a guy on FB so I've been working through it for the last 3 wks.
