Tiffany Parallels?

I have a Turn Back the Clock #664 (Bob Gibson) with a glossy front. Is that a Tiffany parallel? If so, is the glossy front the only difference? ------------------------------- All New York Yankees cards are welcome to join my collection. I'm also interested in recreating my main childhood collection, which consisted of mostly 1974 and 1978-1982.

That's exactly what it is.
