1990 Donruss Baseball Forum

I have not seen this listed as any type of err or uer and do not believe it to be one but my question is that why was the Marlboro ad in the background of Randy Johnson's '89 Fleer card such a problem that it required reprinting to cover it but Donruss had no issue the '90 Schilling card having a big red Winston sign directly next to the players head. If anything this card has an ad that is impossible to not see whereas the Johnson one had it in the background where most people probably didn't even notice it. The only things I can think of are 1. The sign is so prominent that the entire thing is not visible due to part of it being blocked by Schillings head or. 2. Donruss didn't care. 
I have no problem either way, but it just caught my attention as I had looked at both cards today and thought it was interesting. 

The full name was visible on the Johnson card, where it isn't on the Schilling one
