https://www.tcdb.com/Checklist.cfm/sid/22488/2007-Topps-Allen-&-Ginter---Mini-No-Card-Number
Though this is a parallel to the numbered mini set, they are NNO. I understand in keeping the checklist with the numbers but on the other hand, if someone has just the one card in hand with no #, they will not be able to find it using the filters. Even if they figure out that it belongs in this NNO set, finding one card in a checklist of 350 can be difficult unless they are in alphabetical order.
I initially went to submit an IR on this issue but then thought a bit of discussion might be better before any action is taken. Thoughts?
P.S. Thanks to those few members who have taken the time to submit the back scan of the cards they have so as to have at least 3 examples of said back.

My vote would be to change all to NNO, but keep the order the same as the base checklist.

I'll never quit collecting entirely, but I am downsizing. Check out my COMC store and help me thin out what I don't want so I can buy cards that I do want. See something you like? Send me a message on here, and we can knock the price down quite a bit. I'll even take a bit of a loss if it means getting you a card you really want.

We just had an IR come through a few days ago for another year of these, which I started the process on. These should be NNO, per the site guidelines.

I changed the numbers to NNO and submitted the IR for reordering. I believe only Admin can do that.

Actually, convert to NNO and sort alphabetically is an option for us (not Admin Needed).
However, there is some civil debate regarding the site's guideline. I think Jason will be seeking additional guidance on this one.

My 2 cents is keep the set in the same order as the base set. If it were purely a no number set, then alpahbetical, but since it a parallel of a numbered set, I would think the checklist should remain in the same order as the base and the other mini's.

Scott, your thoughts echo my original ones. I will freely admit that I'm the individual who had the civil debate with Dan, and as he always does he made a really good point: what if you didn't know anything about baseball, and had a NNO mini in your hand, and went to the checklist and found it completely jumbled up and "out-of-order"? Could he quite confusing.
Now, this wasn't enough to sway my opinion totally but I thought it was a fair argument. Either way, I sent a message to Admin last night asking for a preference. I've been looking for a project and I think I have it: making sure NNO parallels are in order with site guidelines, and/or in compliance with any written exception by Admin.
