Is this really a set???? The 80-81 set had a panel of 3 players per card and this is just the cards that have been cut into each of 3 individuals.

Yes. Just like any other set where the cards can be separated from the way they were initially released, like the box bottom panels versus the individual cards and the Star Co sets that were issued in 3- or 4-card panel form.

Yes, it is. The 3-card cards are perforated and were meant to be separated. Each of the three mini cards has it's own card number. I don't think it should be listed as a separate issue though. One of the sets needs to be moved to an Insert and Related of the other. Typically we list the singles as the Base and the panels as Insert and Related.
