1987 TCMA Collectors Kits Reprints Baseball Forum

Did all of the 1987 TCMA kit cards come from an actual TCMA Collector's Kit, or did they come in other kits such as Hygrade, Treat or CMC? Did all the kits, no matter the source, all have the same cards in each of their kits?
