Vitaly Potapenko is listed as a "ROO" on his 1996-97 Skybox trading card. Does anyone know what a ROO is?

The subset of cards from #200-239 is called "Rookies". Subsets are denoted with a Note on the card.

"ROO" means its part of this subset.
