1999 Fleer Tradition White Rose Collectibles Diecast Cards Football Forum

This card was in my dads collection.  He always said it was very rare and valuable. I cannot find any info anywhere. Its from the 1999 fleer tradition set same pic as card 151 and 151bc except mine has gold writing and on the back has a red collectable symbol. Any help would be appreciated.
