1990 Pro Set Football Forum

Currently this card is listed as #134(b). However, it doesn't actually have a number on it, and I'm wondering if it should be treated as an independent insert card as opposed to a variation of #134? If not, would it be appropriate to change the number to NNO, but still leave it in the same position in the checklist?

In my mind it looks like this should be in the inserts/promos.

Any other thoughts?

Definitely an NNO and a Promo.  Just read the back, "Andre Rison card #134 will be reissued with the...Finak Update."  This is a card promoting the upcoming Final Update set. It even states the Final Update will be available mid-January.

It is an insert but I'd say that wherever TCDB files the 80s Topps Company Store advertisement/offer cards is where this should go under 1990 Pro Set. 

For those who weren't around/interested in Pro Set history, this card was an SP rotated into packs at the same rate as the others: Payne Stewart, Santa, etc. So while it is definitely an ad card, it qualifies an insert as well.

It is safe to say that it is NOT a promo card at least in the sense that it wasn't issued ahead of the product's release to preview a product, outside of packs, at shows, to dealers, or any of the other ways promo cards are distributed.
