Would anybody know the history of this card? I can’t find any good info on the card. Does it have any value? Any help with this is greatly appreciated. Thanks

The blurb at the bottom of the back is hilarious. It made me spit out my coffee laughing.

"McWilliam impressed onlookers with his all-out style of play and desire to excel in whatever he does. His awesome display of speed immediately drew comparisons to all-time stolen base king, Rickey Henderson. Scouts were eager to sign McWilliam for the 1993 season, but it will reportedly take a record bonus to do so."
