I have this card #S4 that I can not find. I’ve looked under Favre and used the card number filter it’s not there anywhere

I have wonder why some of these sheets have the singles listed also, and others do not. Are they allowed or just someone added them, and no one remove?

I think these should be added they are perforated and can be easily removed

Apparently, no one has requested that the singles be listed before. Please keep in mind the "crowd-sourcing" nature of the site. Set and checklists don't get listed automatically here, they have to be added or requested by the members.

In general, if the sheet is perforated and meant to be separated, we usually list both options so users can add as needed to their collections, but if the sheet doesn't have any perforations and was meant to stay whole, we only list the whole sheet, no singles.
