The PWHL doesn't have actual team names yet, just cities so they aren't in the database yet, these are the first licensed cards for that league

And the actual team listed for them is PWHPA and not PWHL.

So I'm going to remove them.

Any other folks get the sense this set was not evenly printed. From my pack pulls when getting coffee (cant justify a box of this stuff, even at out the back door online pricing), I got a close to complete set of cards 51-100, and not even remotely close on cards 1-50.

Likewise of the duplicate base cards I got, at least 80% are card numbered 51 and higher.

I opened about 45 packs and I was pretty evenly distributed between the lower and higher numbers. I do have a few extra duplicate cards that are higher but only about 3-5 more.

Yeah, just randomly selecting cards, pretty much all of them show around 50 users having it in their collection regardless of the card numbering, so your experience seems a better match. Mine would seem to be a statistical outlier. I opened about the same number of packs you did, maybe 5 to 10 less, from multiple outlets so shouldnt have got just an odd case being bought from.
