1999 Collector's Edge Odyssey Football Forum

In looking at the 1999 Collector's Edge Odyssey, there is no #21, plus it would be a Buffalo Bill player if it followed pattern. Any idea of where this card might belong?

Interesting .... checked around a little and found none and no info

When I see something like that I think a card was pulled before release and replaced with another player.  I notice the copyright line is not like the rest of the cards. All his other 1999 cards show him in his college uniform, even Collector's Edge cards.

Card #21 is showed as an insert   Andre Reed / Antowain Smith     Noted Not released in packs     Check list states  Reed/Smith     

hmmm...so how was it released?

I pulled one from a wax box I bought from Kmart back in the day. I thought it was just really poor quality control on collector's edge part with the odd way the foil is splattered on the card. Glad I did not throw it away since there seems to be very few of them. 

Beckett and COMC don't have this Streets card, and a quick Google search didn't turn up anything either. The original #21 Reed card where Smith was pictured on the front by accident is listed under Aftermarket here, but as far as I knew, they never replaced it. Maybe it's like the #55 Farris card?
