The cards with variations such as #9 Michael Vick. Is there a way to tell (without opening it) what version came with the factory sealed set or do those vary as well? Thanks!!

According to Beckett, Michael Vick in Falcons jersey was Factory Set only [1, 2]. Their checklist denotes cards as "pack only" or "Factory Set only", which you can view here [3]. They also state "...Cards numbered 386-440 as well as some variations to cover issues such as switching teams were later issued in the factory set."
