1995 Fleer Baseball Forum

I have numerous cards that dont have names or numbers printed on the front.  This mostly occurs in the card format for the NL East and NL Central.  Over the years of accumulating these cards I noticed it but since I was young I didnt think much of it.  Are these scarce or quite common??

Are these just a matter of missing foil?  If so, that's a fairly common printing defect, but hardcore player or variation collectors tend to seek them out, but virtually no one else.
