1998-99 SPx Finite Hockey Forum

Picked this little guy up at my local shop today. I've got it ID'd as a 98-99 SPx Finite, but these card should has SNs on them right? Should be in the white space on the back below the picture. Any idea if this is an error, misprint or something different than what I think it is?

I'm gonna say it's an error, as there's no listed base set on here to go by. Because of that, you could add the front if you wanted, but not the back.

Aren't the blue foil cards from the OTHER SPx set that year, Rookie something-or-other? 

If this wasn't an "over-run" (for replacement purposes), it's printing error.

What's an over-run?

Card companies produce more cards than are serial numbered in case any are damaged when they are packed out. This way they can issue replacements (sometimes they will hand-number the same number on the replacement). Sometimes, the wrong people get the cards in their hands and release them into the wild. Sometimes an employee forgets to number the replacement.
