According to Release Notes: "Produced to commemorate 100th year anniversary of the Cracker Jack company. No visual indication printed on card that it's a reprint."
But The Cracker Jack Company was established in 1871 and Cracker Jack confection introduced in 1896. Neither coincides with 1983.
According to the FAQ, only unmarked reprints are allowed if issued by the original company. These are unmarked; so were they issued by Cracker Jack?
For reprinted cards, the following criteria must be met:
- The set must be produced by a registered company and added to the site organically by collectors (not by individuals of the company seeking to advertise or promote their product).
- The cards should have visual indication that they are reprints, unless the cards were produced by the original company.
Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.
