In theory this is the right set/card: https://www.tcdb.com/ViewCard.cfm/sid/5719/cid/1294058/2003-04-Upper-Deck-Ice-125-Nikolai-Zherdev?PageIndex=1 However, that set says the SN goes up to /999, whereas this card is /99 Couldn't find any other matches.

I believe our checklist is wrong. It was typical of UD at that time to produce much lower numbers of what were perceived to be the top prospects (which Zherdev was) than run of the mill rookies. I would guess that the Tier 1 cards are SN999, Tier 2 are SN99.
