Hey Peeps, yet another question for this set and I'm nowhere near done it ......... long story short, this is a set I added myself as after reading the info at the ITG site I figured I was correct. The Remption Cards listed in the Inserts section were worth points and once you reached 200 points you could mail them in and you would recieve a Special Mem Card in return, there are 30 cards hand serial numbered to 20. I made the checklist and uploaded it but made it a "Mail-In Set" instead of a Insert set. Is this right? Was not sure so went for it. If I am incorrect please let me know so I can pass along the error to admin. Thanks in advance.

"Mail-In" sounds correct.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

Agreed. If they weren't inserted into packs, I don't think the cards could be considered Inserts.

I can't think of a better description of them. I know some might think of "Mail In Set" as being able to send for the whole set in one shot, and that wasn't the case with these (they did this several years). We wound up with an Yzerman from the first year they did this. We might have one from the second year too, but I can't remember about that one. Anyway, Mail In is the way to go on this one.

They could also be considered as Redemption, Note: "RED"

Usually those are more specific - as in "I pulled this card, and it's for XYZ card" as opposed to this, where you'd collect your 200 points, send it in, and you'd get some random card (albeit, they usually had only the best in these sets).
