I certainly hope they do look better.
As you say the crux of it seems ot be "nothing I would chase"! (And I would also feel that way).

Most do look better in hand, although the 2014 sparkles can be a pain. THe 2011 sparkles are extremely obvious. 2015 is a little better than 2014. Regardless, I'm glad they stopped doing that as a parallel as well.

Thanks Jerry. Reviewing these "Variations" this has to be the poorest attempt I have ever see by a company to create variations. Some of them are almost imposible to see (including the one I started this thread off with). By the way, my reason for posting was not that I could not as much find the sparkle but that the Note 2 said it was on something that was not even in the picture. Once someone clarified where it was, then I could see it. I believe jimetal had corrected the Note 2 by the time I got back to the card. (Thanks).

Just as a Sidenote, there were Sparkle variations in the 2014 and 2015 Topps Update sets also.

That was a fun link to play "spot the sparkle" with — well at least for acouple of minutes. Some are certainly more obvious than others.
On the Mchado is the Topps logo changing sides not a much greater variation than the sparkle I couldn't find on his finger? At least that was the first thing I noticed looking at it.
