I bought this card graded, on this site it is listed numbered /10. Mine is /19. I submitted a request to this site and i got a answer back to post pic in the Card ID/Mystery Forum. So I'm guessing this is the forum because i couldn't find the other one.

I just want to make sure the card is legit, it looks legit and it is hard for me to believe someone would make a fake Pedro Martinez heroes card.

That seems to be what you have yes. This set has come up several times as you can see in the forum for ‘08 Heroes as it looks like early checklists from Beckett, etc were not very accurate to the final product.
