2009 Topps baseball with different numbering scheme

Hi folks, I have a little stack of Blue Jay's 2009 Topps baseball cards, but the numbering is different on the back. The cards are numbered with Tor1, Tor2, Tor3 etc .... the fronts share some of the same photos as the cards listed under this set. What am I looking at?

Those are probably from the team set which Topps released for each team. https://www.tcdb.com/ViewSet.cfm/sid/91911/2009-Topps-Toronto-Blue-Jays

Yes it is the Toronto Team set. Topps has done this for many years. I'm not sure if they have been consistent with it for every set every year every team. If they have then there are many years/sets that the database is potentially missing.
