If the settlement stated no release, then I don't believe they should be listed in the database. Sounds like some got backdoored.

Sounds good. Very sorry about all this. My intentions were definately not to cause extra / unnecessary work for anyone here. Well at the very least I learned more about this set, so thank you to all that contributed. Jeff

I found a thread on Freedom Cardboard, which lists 4x 2010 Exquisite baseball patch sets, not currently in the TCDb database. And suggests that 2010 Exqusite baseball should be a seperate release from 2010 Upper Deck. Apparently Beckett includes this set in its checklists.
The Patch sets are:

* Triple Patch
* Quad Patch
