Add Sports Time to set title?

This base set has no scans, but based on this PROMO I have, which does have a scan, this set was produced by Sports Time, and is apparently a continuation of this 1993 set (1993 was 1-100, 1995 is 101-200). I don't like to make major changes, like correcting a set title, without a second opinion. Should I add Sports Time as the brand for this set?

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

Yes.
